Unable to sign up on ITILITE

Why am I unable to sign up on ITILITE using my work email

ITILITE automatically recognizes the team that you are a part of using the domain of your work email. If the system finds any of your colleagues with a domain similar to yours, we send your sign-up request to your travel manager, notifying them that you want to join the team. In case there is no one present with your domain in your company, you need to reach out to your travel manager to add you to your company using the user management feature of their admin workspace. Alternatively, you can also contact your Customer Success Manager for assistance in getting signed up.

Can I sign up on ITILITE using my personal email address?

Currently, ITILITE does not offer sign-up using personal email addresses. However, if you still want to sign up, you can follow these steps:

  1. Reach out to your travel manager and get yourself added to the company using the user management feature of their admin workspace.
  2. Contact your company’s Customer Success Manager to assist you in the sign-up process.
  3. Alternatively, you can reach out to support@itilite.com, and our support team will contact your company’s Customer Success Manager to get you added to your team.
