What should I do if the name listed on their loyalty program does not match the name in the Traveler info section of their ITILITE profile?

If the name listed on your loyalty program does not match the name in the ITILITE profile, kindly contact the hotel/airline/rental car company to get it updated in your profile before making a booking. A few hotels/airlines/rental car companies do not attach a loyalty program to the booking if the names do not match.
