The driver on the reservation will have to present a card for charging at the pick-up counter. They will not be charged yet, but an amount will be put on hold at the time of pick-up. Please note, many rental car agencies insist on a card issued in the name of the primary traveler. The user is charged only after the car is dropped off.
Clients with a saved Billing ID with a particular provider do not require a card to be presented at pick-up. Once added to the ITILITE account by your admin, the Billing ID will automatically be passed on when you book a car from the corresponding provider. Users can confirm the same included on the booking voucher.
