Can I resend an activation email to a new user?

  • Currently we do not allow administrators to resend activation mails to users
  • However, you can try either of the following, in case the user has missed the email or is not able to find that email
      • – Ask the user to go to

      → click “Login” → enter his/her email id → click on “Continue” and click on “Forgot password”. The user will get an email on his/her email id from where they can change their password and login to itilite


      – You can reach out to itilite support us if you want us to reset the user’s password from our end
