1) What are the payment methods I can use for booking my travel?
Based on your company’s setup, you may be able to choose how to pay for your trip at the time of booking:
- Your own cards (personal or corporate)
- Your company’s central card(s)
If your company is setup with a wallet, you will only be able to make the booking using the company’s wallet.
2) How do I choose my payment method during booking?
On the booking confirmation page, if you have access to multiple payment methods, you will see a list of all available cards just before completing your booking. Simply select the card you wish to use for that booking before finalizing.
3) What is the difference between my personal and corporate cards?
When adding a card, you can mark it as:
- Personal – Your own individual card
- Corporate – A company-issued card assigned to you
This helps you easily differentiate between them during booking.
4) Can I set one of my cards as default payment card?
Yes. Adding a card as default makes it the pre-selected option during the booking confirmation.
In your Profile → My Cards section, you can:
- View all your saved cards
- Set a default card (from among your own cards) by clicking the top
Note: If your company uses central cards, the default central card would take precedence above your individual default card.
5) What if I don’t see any company cards as an option?
Your travel admin may have disabled the option for users to choose company cards. Please contact your travel admin for clarification.

7) How can I identify the type of card during booking confirmation?
Cards are tagged and color-coded for easy identification:
- Green Tag – Company central card
- Gray Tag – Your personal card
- Blue Tag – Your corporate card (issued to you by your company)
