1) Where can I set up payment methods for bookings on ITILITE?
When logged in with the Admin role on ITILITE web platform, go to Account Configuration -> Payment Methods to configure your company’s payment methods.
Note: If you are unable to see this option, and you wish to update your company’s payment methods, please reach out to your ITILITE account manager.
2) What are the payment methods available on ITILITE during company setup?
During the time of company setup, you can choose any of the following types of payment methods:
- Cards (central company cards or user’s personal cards)
- Central wallet
3) How can I set up company cards for payments?
You can add company central cards directly from the Payment Methods -> Company page. These will then appear as options for your employees for payment.
4) How can I allow my company’s users to use their own cards for payments?
You can enable your users to add and use their own cards for payments by switching on the toggle from the Payment Methods -> Individual page. Your users will then be able to add their personal cards and select them during booking confirmation.
5) Can I set a central card as default payment mode for my company?
Yes. Adding a card as default makes it the pre-selected option during the booking confirmation.
In your Payment Methods -> Company page, you can:
- View all your saved cards
- Set a default card (from among your own cards)
Note: Users will still be able to choose among other available options during booking.
6) How can I identify the type of card during booking confirmation?
Cards are tagged and color-coded for easy identification:
- Green Tag – Company central card
- Gray Tag – Your personal card
- Blue Tag – Your corporate card (issued to you by your company)
