Does voice booking bypass travel policy?
No. Every voice booking goes through the exact same policy engine as a manual booking. Out-of-policy options are filtered before the traveler sees results. If a booking requires manager approval, the request is automatically routed without the traveler needing to do anything extra.
What if the AI mishears something?
After you speak, the system shows you the fields it filled before running the search. You can review everything and correct a single field manually if needed. In practice, the most common edge case is an ambiguous city name, which the system resolves by asking one clarifying question rather than guessing.
Does it handle hotels, or just flights?
Both. When you talk about a trip, the AI automatically carries the dates and destination into the hotel search. One sentence triggers both a flight search and a hotel search. You don't need to repeat yourself for the hotel.
Does it work with different accents and natural phrasing?
